Prices read on 28 September 2026. Six travel eSIMs sell data for the Isle of Man and get most of the traffic for this search. We priced all six on the same day, for a long weekend, a week, the two weeks of the TT races and a month, and read the fine print on unlimited. The island is not part of the UK or the EU, so many home plans charge roaming there. Here is where each one wins, including where it is not us.
Ringo Light: Cheapest two weeks, with no speed cap. Unlimited data at full speed for 2 weeks at $34.99, one payment, nothing renews: a cent under Ubigi's Europe plan and $12.51 under Holafly's 14 days. For a month we are not the cheapest: our 30 days is $67.99 and Ubigi's Europe plan is $62.
Ubigi: Cheapest month and cheapest 10 GB. Its Europe plan covers the island: 60 GB at full speed for 30 days at $62, then 2 Mbps. Its Isle of Man and Channel Islands plan sells 10 GB for 30 days at $16 and 30 GB for 15 days at $36, on Sure.
Holafly: Simplest unlimited, and the cheapest 3 days. Days, not gigabytes, on Manx Telecom, no daily cap stated for your own phone. 3 days at $12.50, 14 days at $47.50; sharing limited to 1 GB a day.

Most visits to the Isle of Man are a long weekend or a week, and the TT races bring a two-week crowd every year. For about two weeks of unlimited, Holafly asks $47.50 for 14 days and Airalo $49 for 15. Ubigi sells 30 GB at full speed for 15 days at $36 on its island plan and $35 on its Europe plan, then 2 Mbps. Ringo Light charges $34.99 for 2 weeks, one payment, nothing renews. That is the lowest two-week price on this page, but only by a cent over Ubigi.
For a month the order turns. Ubigi's Europe plan is $62 for 60 GB at full speed. Ringo Light charges $67.99 for 30 days, $5.99 more than Ubigi and $5.91 less than Holafly at $73.90. Airalo's Isle of Man eSIM stops at 15 days, and Saily and Nomad sell no unlimited for the island at all. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.
Read what unlimited means before you pick. Airalo gives 3 GB a day at full speed, then 1 Mbps. Ubigi gives a fixed amount, then 2 Mbps. Holafly states no daily cap for your own phone and limits sharing to 1 GB a day. Ringo Light has no speed cap: the 2 weeks starts with 10 GB and the 30 days with 20 GB, and when you have used 80% we add 10 GB once and charge the $34.99 top-up. A heavy two weeks with us costs $69.98 and a heavy month $102.98, more than Holafly or Ubigi for the same days. If you know you will use a lot, buy Holafly or Ubigi.
For a short trip, Ringo Light sells no 3-day or 7-day plan. Airalo and Holafly sell 3 days of unlimited at $12.50, and Ubigi gives 20 GB at full speed for 7 days at $24.
The TT races run over two weeks in late May and early June: a qualifying week, then race week, on the 37.73 mile Snaefell Mountain Course over public roads. Tens of thousands of fans arrive by ferry and plane, and the roads close for every session, so you will check closure times, ferry news and the live timing on your phone all fortnight.

The Isle of Man has two mobile networks, Manx Telecom and Sure. Airalo, Holafly and Nomad ride Manx Telecom; Ubigi rides Sure. Both cover Douglas, the towns and the main roads with 4G, and 5G in places. Holafly warns that coverage is weaker on parts of Snaefell, along the Raad ny Foillan coastal path and in the rural interior. Download offline maps before you walk the hills.
The island is a Crown Dependency. It is not part of the United Kingdom and not in the European Union, so neither UK home pricing nor EU roaming rules apply there. Some UK networks include it in a roaming zone, others charge a daily fee or leave it out. Many Europe travel eSIMs leave it out too, our own Europe trip included. Check that your plan names the Isle of Man before you board the ferry.

Nomad, $25 for 10 GB. On Manx Telecom's network. Nomad sells no unlimited and no 20 GB plan for the island.

Saily, up to 5 GB. 5 GB for 30 days at $16.99 and nothing bigger. Its listing is from May; saily.com refused the fetch.

What to do on the Isle of Man, and what your phone needs for it. Eight places most first trips include, from Douglas and the TT course to Laxey, Snaefell, Peel and the southern tip, with the one thing your data does for you at each. The island is about 33 miles long, so all eight fit in a week, by car or on its old railways and trams.
Douglas and its bay, Douglas. The capital curves around a long bay with a Victorian promenade, the ferry terminal and the harbour below Douglas Head. Walk up the Head for the view back over the town. Ferries in and out of Douglas change with the weather. Keep the sailing updates on your phone on travel days.
Creg-ny-Baa on the TT course, Mountain Road, above Onchan. A pub on a sharp right hander of the 37.73 mile Snaefell Mountain Course, one of the classic places to watch the TT. Outside race time it is an open road you can drive. Roads close for every practice and race. Check the published closure times before you set off, or you may be stuck behind them.
The Laxey Wheel, Laxey. The Lady Isabella, a red waterwheel built in 1854 to drain the lead mines, and the largest working waterwheel in the world. Climb the tower to the top of the wheel. The Manx Electric Railway runs from Douglas to Laxey. Check the day's timetable on your phone, as it runs by season.
Snaefell summit, Snaefell, above Laxey. The island's only mountain, 621 metres high, reached by an electric mountain railway from Laxey. On a clear day you can see England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland from the top. The summit is often in cloud and coverage can be patchy. Check the weather and the railway's running status before you go up.
Peel Castle, Peel. The ruins of a castle and cathedral on St Patrick's Isle, joined to the fishing town of Peel by a causeway. Peel faces west, so stay for the sunset over the sea. Opening is seasonal. Check the Manx National Heritage page on your phone before you drive over.
Castle Rushen, Castletown. A limestone castle in the middle of the old capital, one of the best preserved medieval castles in the British Isles. The harbour and old streets around it take an hour to walk. The steam railway from Douglas stops at Castletown. A timetable on your phone saves a wait on the platform.
Port Erin, South west coast. A sandy bay between two headlands at the end of the steam railway line, with the Bradda Head walk on its north side. Card works in most shops, but the island has its own pound notes. Paying by phone avoids ending up with change you cannot spend at home.
The Sound and the Calf of Man, Southern tip. The island ends at a narrow channel facing the Calf of Man, a bird observatory island, and seals often rest on the rocks in the Sound. Boats cross in summer from Port Erin and Port St Mary. Boat trips run only in calm weather. Check the forecast and the operator's updates on the morning.
