The prices, charted
US dollars, 28 September 2026. Ringo Light sells 2 weeks, the others 15 days. Saily sells no Uzbekistan unlimited; its bar is the regional Asia and Oceania plan, 5 GB a day, then 1 kbps. Holafly states no daily cap; Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed.
Holafly sells an Uzbekistan month with no stated daily cap. Saily's bar is its Global plan, 30 GB then 1 Mbps, not an Uzbekistan plan. Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed.
Holafly sells no buckets, so it has no bar here. Ringo Light sells no bucket either: its 2 weeks is unlimited and lasts 2 weeks, not 30 days. For a fixed 10 GB, Saily is the one of the two that sells it.

Holafly vs Saily in one paragraph
Saily sells no unlimited plan for Uzbekistan itself. Its unlimited rows are its regional Asia and Oceania plan, 15 days at $54.99, and its Global plan, 30 days at $59.99. Holafly sells Uzbekistan unlimited at every length: 3 days at $12.50, a week at $27.50, 15 days at $50.50 and 30 days at $73.90. At 15 days Holafly is cheaper by $4.49. For a month Saily's Global plan is cheaper by $13.91, but it is 30 GB then 1 Mbps, where Holafly states no daily cap. Holafly sells no buckets; Saily asks $22.99 for 10 GB and $32.99 for 20 GB. Pick Holafly if you want a plan made for Uzbekistan, a short trip, no daily cap and no app. Pick Saily if you want a bucket or the cheaper month of the two and can live with the cap. If the trip is two weeks or a month, Ringo Light sells 2 weeks at $17.99 and 30 days at $35.99, unlimited data at full speed.
Price: the same trip at each
Priced on 28 September 2026, in US dollars. For 3 days and a week, only Holafly sells a plan, $12.50 and $27.50. For 15 days of unlimited, Holafly asks $50.50 and Saily $54.99 on its Asia and Oceania plan. For 30 days, Holafly asks $73.90 and Saily $59.99 on its Global plan. Saily's month is the cheaper figure, but it is a global plan with a 30 GB cap, not an Uzbekistan one.
Ringo Light sells two trips for Uzbekistan: 2 weeks at $17.99 and 30 days at $35.99. The 2 weeks costs less than either brand's 15 days and less than Holafly's 7 days at $27.50. The 30 days costs less than both months, $59.99 and $73.90. Ringo Light sells no 3-day plan: for a long weekend, Holafly at $12.50 is the cheaper buy.
For a fixed amount of data, Saily is the only one of the three that sells it: 10 GB for 30 days at $22.99, 20 GB at $32.99. Holafly sells no buckets. Ringo Light sells no buckets either, and its 2 weeks at $17.99 lasts 2 weeks, not 30 days. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.
What unlimited means at each
Holafly states no daily cap for your own phone and limits hotspot sharing to 1 GB a day. Saily's Asia and Oceania plan gives 5 GB a day, then 1 kbps, which is close to nothing; its Global plan gives 30 GB for the month, then 1 Mbps. Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed for the whole 2 weeks or 30 days. Fair use policy, see Terms.
Networks and coverage in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan has several mobile networks: Beeline, run by Unitel, Ucell, Mobiuz, the state operator Uzmobile, and the smaller Perfectum. The big ones cover Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva and the Fergana Valley towns well. Between Bukhara and Khiva the road and railway cross the Kyzylkum desert, and the signal drops out for long stretches there, as it does in the mountains above Charvak. Save offline maps before those legs.
Holafly names Beeline. Saily does not name its network on its listing. Ringo Light rides a local partner network. Uzbekistan is far from the European Union, so a European phone plan roams here at full price. Check yours before you land.
Installation, app and support
Holafly needs no app; it sends a QR code you scan in your phone's settings. Saily needs its own app: you buy and install inside it. Ringo Light needs no app either; the eSIM arrives by email in seconds and installs in one scan, and support is by email. Whichever you pick, install it at home before you fly and switch it on for data when you land at Tashkent.
The cheaper third option: Ringo Light
Ringo Light is our own data eSIM, sold to fund the full Ringo, one plan that works everywhere with your own number ported onto it. For Uzbekistan it sells two trips, both unlimited data at full speed: 2 weeks at $17.99 and 30 days at $35.99. One payment, nothing renews, no app.
What it does not do: no buckets, no 3-day or 7-day plan, no phone number, data only. Calls go over apps that use data. If you want 10 GB for a month, Saily at $22.99 is the better buy. If you want 3 days or a week, Holafly at $12.50 or $27.50 is the answer, since we sell neither. For two weeks or a month of unlimited, Ringo Light is the cheapest of the three.

How we compared, and our sources
Holafly, Saily, Ringo Light

We compare the trips people actually book: a week, two weeks and a month of unlimited data, and a 10 GB bucket. We read each brand's fair use and speed rules and quote them as the brands state them. We did not run speed tests, so this page makes no speed claims for any brand.
Ringo Light is our own product. We put it in the table on the same terms as everyone else, and where a rival is the better buy the page says so.
Left out: Airalo, Nomad and Ubigi. They sell Uzbekistan too and are priced on the same day in the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-uzbekistan. This page answers one question, Holafly or Saily, so it keeps to those two and the cheaper third option.
