1 · The short answer
Ultra Europe 2027 is listed on the organiser's site for 9, 10 and 11 July in Split, at Park Mladeži. The festival sits beside the Poljud stadium area, a short ride from the old town, and many visitors combine it with island trips on the ferries.
Your phone carries tickets, maps, taxi apps and ferry bookings. Ringo Light's Croatia plan covers the whole country with unlimited data at full speed; it arrives by email and installs in one scan. Check the organiser's site for entry rules and what you can bring.

2 · What to expect
Ultra is an electronic music festival with several stages. Ticket type, entry gates and bag rules are on the organiser's site; read them before you travel, as they can change between editions.
Split is hot in July and the area around the venue is busy. Plan how you get home at the end of each night before the music starts.
3 · Getting around Split
- ✓From the airport. Split Airport is west of the city, with a shuttle bus to the centre and taxis. Check the airport site for the current timetable.
- ✓Bolt and Uber. Both work in Split. Set up the app and a payment card at home. Pickup points near the festival get crowded at closing, so walk a few streets if you can.
- ✓Ferries. Jadrolinija and other operators run from the port to Hvar, Brač and other islands. Book in advance in July and keep the booking on your phone.
- ✓The old town. Diocletian's Palace is walkable from the port, and cars do not enter the centre.
4 · What your phone has to do
- ✓Tickets. Keep your ticket or wristband confirmation saved offline, in case the signal drops at the gate.
- ✓Maps. Download Split in your maps app for offline use.
- ✓Paying. Cards are widely accepted in Croatia, which uses the euro. Keep a little cash for small kiosks and carry a spare card.
- ✓Meeting up. Agree a fixed meeting point and share live location with your group before the gates open.
5 · Signal in the crowd
A packed festival slows data in front of the main stages. Send messages and location before the headliner, and post photos later from a quieter spot.
If you are an EU visitor, EU roaming applies in Croatia on your home plan within its terms. A day trip to Mostar in Bosnia or Kotor in Montenegro leaves the EU zone, where roaming charges can return, so an eSIM that covers your route is useful.
6 · Which plan covers Ultra
Ringo Light's Croatia plan covers Split, the islands and the rest of the country, with unlimited data at full speed. Install it at home and switch it on when you land.
7 · Split and the coast around Ultra
Four places for the days either side of the festival.
