Holafly vs Saily in one paragraph
Saily is $1.51 cheaper at 15 days and $1.91 at 30, which is small money. Holafly sells the short plans Saily lacks, 3 days at $11.90 and a week at $27.50, while Saily's nearest are 5 days at $18.99 and 10 days at $34.99. Saily sells buckets and Holafly does not. Holafly states no daily cap and needs no app; Saily gives 5 GB a day at full speed, then 1 Mbps, and needs its app.
Ringo Light is under both brands for unlimited at 3 days, 2 weeks and a month, and it is unlimited data at full speed.
Price: the same trip at each
Priced on 28 September 2026, in US dollars. Holafly asks $11.90 for 3 days of unlimited, $27.50 for 7, $50.50 for 15 and $73.90 for 30. Saily sells only the last two lengths, at $48.99 and $71.99.
Saily is cheaper by $1.51 on 15 days and by $1.91 on 30. It has no 3-day or 7-day plan, so a short trip sends you to Holafly.
Ringo Light sells 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $17.99 and 30 days at $29.99, all unlimited data at full speed. The 2 weeks costs less than a 15-day plan at either brand, $50.50 or $48.99, and less than Holafly's 7 days at $27.50. The 30 days costs less than half of Holafly's $73.90 and Saily's $71.99. Three days at $8.99 is under Holafly's $11.90.
Only Saily sells buckets: 10 GB for 30 days at $15.99 and 20 GB at $22.99. Holafly and Ringo Light sell none. Saily's 10 GB sits $2 under Ringo Light's 2 weeks at $17.99, and its 20 GB sits $7 under Ringo Light's 30 days at $29.99. If a bucket is what you need, buy Saily. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.
What unlimited means at each
Holafly states no daily cap for your own phone and limits sharing to 1 GB a day. Saily lets you run 5 GB a day at full speed and then drops you to 1 Mbps. Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed for the whole 3 days, 2 weeks or 30 days. Fair use policy, see Terms.
Networks and coverage in Singapore
Singapore has four mobile networks: Singtel, StarHub, M1 and Simba. The island is small and dense, and all four cover the city, the MRT underground and Changi well. Signal can drop inside thick buildings and on outlying islands such as Pulau Ubin.
Holafly uses Singtel. Saily does not name its network on its listing, so we cannot say which it rides. Ringo Light rides a local partner network.
Plenty of visitors cross the Causeway to Johor Bahru or carry on into Malaysia. A Singapore plan, ours included, stops at the border. For a trip that continues, look at a regional plan; the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-singapore says which brands sell one.
Installation and app
Holafly needs no app: it sends a QR code you scan in your phone's settings. Saily needs its app, where you buy and install. Ringo Light needs none either, as the eSIM arrives by email in seconds and installs in one scan, with support by email. Whichever you pick, install it at home before you fly and switch on data when you land.
The cheaper third option: Ringo Light
Ringo Light is our own data eSIM. For Singapore it sells three trips, all unlimited data at full speed: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $17.99 and 30 days at $29.99. One payment, nothing renews, no app.
What it does not do: no buckets, no 7-day plan, no phone number. It is data only, so calls go over apps that use data. For a fixed bucket, Saily's 10 GB at $15.99 beats our 2 weeks at $17.99 by $2.
The full comparison for Singapore, with Airalo, Nomad and Ubigi priced on the same day, is at /blog/best-esim-for-singapore. The card to buy Ringo Light is further up this page, just after the side-by-side table.

How we compared, and our sources
Holafly, Saily, Ringo Light
We priced Holafly, Saily and Ringo Light for Singapore on 28 September 2026, all on the same day, in US dollars. Each rival's price comes from its own website where it showed dollars, otherwise from an esimdb.com listing, and every source and its date is listed below. Ringo Light's prices come from the catalogue our checkout charges.
We compare the trips people actually book: a week, two weeks and a month of unlimited data, and a 10 GB bucket. We read each brand's fair use and speed rules and quote them as the brands state them. We did not run speed tests, so this page makes no speed claims for any brand.
Ringo Light is our own product. We put it in the table on the same terms as everyone else, and where a rival is the better buy the page says so.
Left out: Airalo, Nomad and Ubigi. They sell Singapore too and are priced on the same day in the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-singapore. This page answers one question, Holafly or Saily, so it keeps to those two and the cheaper third option. Left out: Saily 3-day and 7-day prices. Saily sells no 3-day or 7-day plan in the full comparison, so those lengths are not compared here. Saily's listing is from July and saily.com refused the fetch.
