Airalo vs Saily in one paragraph
Airalo is cheaper than Saily for Denmark at every length and bucket both sell, but never by much: 49 cents on the week, on 15 days, on 10 GB and on 20 GB, and 99 cents on the month. Airalo is also the only one of the two with a 3-day plan, at $11.50. Saily gives you more room each day: 5 GB at full speed against Airalo's 3 GB, before both slow to 1 Mbps. Both need their app, both sell buckets, and Airalo names its network, 3, where Saily's page does not. Pick Airalo for the lower price or a 3-day plan. Pick Saily if the extra 2 GB a day matters more to you than 49 cents or 99 cents. If you want unlimited for 3 days, two weeks or a month, neither is the cheapest: Ringo Light sells 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $16.99 and 30 days at $32.99, unlimited data at full speed.
Price: the same trip at each
Priced on 25 October 2026, in US dollars. For 3 days of unlimited, Airalo asks $11.50; Saily sells no 3-day plan. For a week, $26.50 at Airalo and $26.99 at Saily. For 15 days, $48.50 and $48.99. For 30 days, $71 and $71.99. Every Saily price here is on saily.com.
Ringo Light sells three trips for Denmark: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $16.99 and 30 days at $32.99. The 2 weeks costs less than either brand's 7 days, $26.50 at Airalo and $26.99 at Saily, with a week of days left over, and about a third of their 15 days at $48.50 and $48.99. The 30 days costs less than half of Airalo's $71 and Saily's $71.99. For 3 days, $8.99 against $11.50 at Airalo. Ringo Light sells no 7-day plan.
For a fixed amount of data, Airalo and Saily both sell it: 10 GB for 30 days at $17.50 and $17.99, 20 GB at $27.50 and $27.99. Ringo Light sells no buckets. Its 2 weeks of unlimited at $16.99 costs 51 cents less than Airalo's 10 GB and $1 less than Saily's, but ends after 2 weeks. If you need 20 GB, both buckets cost less than our 30 days at $32.99. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.
What unlimited means at each
Airalo's unlimited for Denmark gives 3 GB a day at full speed, then slows to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day. Saily's gives 5 GB a day at full speed, then 1 Mbps. Saily's allowance is the more generous: enough for maps, messages and several hours of video, where a long evening of HD streaming can hit Airalo's cap. Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed for the whole 3 days, 2 weeks or 30 days. Fair use policy, see Terms.
Networks and coverage in Denmark
Denmark's main networks are TDC, Telia, Telenor and 3. The country is small and flat, and all of them cover Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, the motorways and the rail lines. Airalo's plan rides 3. Saily does not name its network on its listing. Ringo Light rides a local partner network.
A Denmark plan covers Denmark only. On the Oresund Bridge and on the ferry from Helsingor your phone can pick up a Swedish network, which a Denmark plan will not use; if Malmo or Helsingborg is on your list, buy a Europe plan instead.
Installation, app and support
Airalo and Saily both need their app: you buy, install and top up inside it, and that is also where each one's support chat lives. Ringo Light needs no app; the eSIM arrives by email in seconds and installs in one scan, and support is by email. Whichever you pick, install it at home before you fly and switch it on for data when you land at Copenhagen Airport.
The cheaper third option: Ringo Light
Ringo Light is our own data eSIM, sold to fund the full Ringo, one plan that works everywhere with your own number ported onto it. For Denmark it sells three trips, all unlimited data at full speed: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $16.99 and 30 days at $32.99. One payment, nothing renews, no app.
What it does not do: no buckets, no 7-day plan, no phone number, data only. Calls go over apps that use data. If you want 10 GB for a month, Airalo at $17.50 is the better buy, and 20 GB at $27.50 costs less than our 30 days. If you want exactly a week, Airalo at $26.50 and Saily at $26.99 both sell one; our 2 weeks at $16.99 costs less than either and lasts twice as long. For 3 days, two weeks or a month of unlimited, Ringo Light is the cheapest of the three.
