Ubigi is the cheapest of them at $34 and $44. Ringo Light charges $12.99 for 2 weeks and $21.99 for 30 days, one payment each, nothing renews.
Read what unlimited means before you pick. Airalo, Saily and Ubigi give 5 GB a day at full speed, then slow you down until the next day. Nomad gives 2 GB a day. Holafly states no daily cap for your own phone and limits sharing to 1 GB a day. Ringo Light has no speed cap: the 2 weeks starts with 10 GB and the 30 days with 20 GB, and when you have used 80% we add 10 GB once and charge the $12.99 top-up. A heavy two weeks with us costs $25.98, a heavy month $34.98, still under every rival for the month.
For a short trip, Ringo Light sells no 3-day or 7-day plan. Airalo and Nomad sell 3 days of unlimited at $11, and Ubigi 8 days at $18.
Ubigi, $12 for 10 GB. The cheapest 10 GB for 30 days, and 25 GB for $19. It runs on Orange only.
Airalo, $14 for 10 GB. And 20 GB for $20, the cheapest 20 GB in the table, $1.99 under our 30 days. Its Guay plan rides Yoigo and Vodafone.
Nomad, $14 for 10 GB. 20 GB at $21, on Movistar and Orange. Managed in the Nomad app.
Saily, $15.99 for 10 GB. Cleanest app, 20 GB at $22.99. Its listing is from June; saily.com would not load for us.
Ringo Light, no buckets. Our 2 weeks starts with 10 GB for $12.99 and our 30 days with 20 GB for $21.99. If you need 10 GB to last a whole month, Ubigi at $12 is the better buy, and Airalo sells 20 GB for $20. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.

If your home plan is from an EU country, roaming in Spain is usually included at home prices, within a fair use limit. Travellers from the US, the UK, Canada or Australia usually pay a daily roaming fee, and that is where a travel eSIM saves money.
