Holafly vs Saily in one paragraph
Holafly is cheaper than Saily for Spain at both lengths they share: $45.90 against $48.99 for 15 days and $66.50 against $71.99 for 30 days. Holafly is also the only one of the two with a 3-day plan at $11.90 and a 7-day plan at $24.50. Holafly gives you the simpler product: unlimited days with no stated daily cap, on four networks, Movistar, Orange, Vodafone and Yoigo, with the app optional. Saily gives you more choice, buckets of 10 GB at $15.99 and 20 GB at $22.99 as well as unlimited, but its unlimited slows to 1 Mbps after 5 GB a day and you need its app. Pick Holafly for the lower price at every unlimited length, or if you never want to think about a daily cap. Pick Saily if you want a bucket. If you want unlimited for 3 days, two weeks or a month, neither is the cheapest: Ringo Light sells 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $16.99 and 30 days at $26.99, unlimited data at full speed.
Price: the same trip at each
Priced on 22 October 2026, in US dollars. Holafly is from its own site; Saily is from the esimdb listing dated 4 October, because saily.com refused the fetch. For 3 days and 7 days of unlimited, only Holafly sells a plan, at $11.90 and $24.50. For 15 days, $45.90 at Holafly and $48.99 at Saily, so Holafly is $3.09 cheaper. For 30 days, $66.50 at Holafly and $71.99 at Saily, $5.49 cheaper.
Ringo Light sells three trips for Spain: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $16.99 and 30 days at $26.99. The 2 weeks costs $28.91 less than Holafly's 15 days at $45.90 and $32.00 less than Saily's at $48.99, and it is $7.51 under Holafly's single week at $24.50. The 30 days costs $39.51 less than Holafly's $66.50 and $45.00 less than Saily's $71.99. For 3 days, $8.99 against $11.90 at Holafly, $2.91 under. Ringo Light sells no 7-day plan; for a week you buy its 2 weeks at $16.99, which is still cheaper than Holafly's week.
For a fixed amount of data, Saily is the only one of the three that sells it: 10 GB for 30 days at $15.99, 20 GB at $22.99. Holafly sells no buckets. Ringo Light sells no buckets either. If 10 GB is all you need, Saily at $15.99 is $1.00 cheaper than Ringo Light's $16.99, and its 20 GB at $22.99 is $4.00 under our 30 days at $26.99. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.
What unlimited means at each
Saily's unlimited for Spain gives 5 GB a day at full speed, then slows to 1 Mbps until the next day. That is enough for maps, messages, music and a couple of hours of video; a long evening of HD streaming or a big photo backup will hit it. Holafly states no daily cap for your own phone and limits hotspot sharing to 1 GB a day, so Holafly is the one to pick between the two if you refuse any daily figure on your own screen, but not if you tether a laptop all day, since 1 GB of sharing runs out fast. Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed for the whole 3 days, 2 weeks or 30 days. Fair use policy, see Terms.
Networks and coverage in Spain
Spain has four networks: Movistar, Orange, Vodafone and Yoigo. All four cover the cities, the coast and the high-speed rail lines well. Holafly lists all four. Saily rides Movistar, Orange and Vodafone, so Yoigo is the one network it lacks. Ringo Light rides a local partner network. For Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Valencia and the islands, any of the three works.
Installation, app and support
Saily needs its app: you buy, install and top up inside it, and that is also where its support lives. Holafly's app is optional; it sends a QR code you scan in your phone's settings, and support is by chat on its site. Ringo Light needs no app; the eSIM arrives by email in seconds and installs in one scan, and support is by email. Whichever you pick, install it at home before you fly and switch it on for data when you land at Barajas, El Prat or Palma.
The cheaper third option: Ringo Light
Ringo Light is our own data eSIM, sold to fund the full Ringo, one plan that works everywhere with your own number ported onto it. For Spain it sells three trips, all unlimited data at full speed: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $16.99 and 30 days at $26.99. One payment, nothing renews, no app.
What it does not do: no buckets, no 7-day plan, no phone number, data only. Calls go over apps that use data. If you want 10 GB to last a whole month, Saily at $15.99 is the better buy, and its 20 GB at $22.99 still costs less than our 30 days. For 3 days, two weeks or a month of unlimited, Ringo Light is the cheapest of the three.

How we compared, and our sources
Holafly, Saily, Ringo Light
We priced Holafly, Saily and Ringo Light for Spain on 22 October 2026, all on the same day, in US dollars. We compare the trips people actually book: a week, two weeks and a month of unlimited data, and a 10 GB bucket. We read each brand's fair use and speed rules and quote them as the brands state them. We did not run speed tests, so this page makes no speed claims for any brand.
Ringo Light is our own product. We put it in the table on the same terms as everyone else, and where a rival is the better buy the page says so.
Left out: Airalo, Nomad and Ubigi. They sell Spain too and are priced on the same day in the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-spain. This page answers one question, Holafly or Saily, so it keeps to those two and the cheaper third option. Left out: Maya Mobile. It lists only a Global plan for Spain and its own site refused the fetch on the day, so it stays out rather than being guessed.
