1 · The short answer
The 2027 Formula 1 season has 24 Grands Prix, starting in Bahrain on 12 to 14 March and ending in Abu Dhabi on 10 to 12 December. If you plan to see more than one race, a country plan for each trip adds up to a lot of installing and a lot of QR codes.
Ringo Light Global is one eSIM and one subscription with unlimited data at full speed that covers every 2027 race country except Monaco: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Japan, China, the United States, Canada, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Qatar and the UAE. Monaco is its own network and is not covered; for that race, save everything offline before you cross from France, which Global does cover.

2 · The 2027 calendar at a glance
- ✓March and April. Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Japan and China open the season.
- ✓May and June. Miami, Canada, Monaco and Portugal.
- ✓July. Britain, Austria, Belgium and Hungary before the summer break.
- ✓September and October. Italy, Spain in Madrid, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Singapore, the United States in Austin and Mexico City.
- ✓November and December. São Paulo, Las Vegas, Qatar and the Abu Dhabi finale.
3 · Why one plan suits a season of races
A typical fan trip combines a race with a few days around it, and the back to back weekends of the calendar, such as Australia, Japan and China in April, or Mexico and São Paulo in autumn, cross several countries in a fortnight. One Global eSIM installed once keeps the same number of steps whether you see two races or six.
You cancel any time, so you can keep it for the months you travel and stop it in between.
4 · What every circuit has in common
Whatever the country, a sold-out grandstand puts tens of thousands of phones on the same few cells. Messages usually get through, but photos and videos queue, and the trip home is when everyone checks train times at once.
The same habits work everywhere: download your e-ticket and the circuit map offline, set media to send later, agree a meeting point with your group, carry a power bank, and look up your transport home before the race ends.
5 · The apps a travelling fan needs
- ✓Official F1 app. The calendar in your own time zone, results and news. Live timing needs an F1 TV subscription and data.
- ✓Ticket wallet. Most circuits now sell mobile tickets; save each one to your phone wallet before you travel.
- ✓Local transport. Our race guides name the trains, trams or shuttles that reach the circuit.
- ✓Paying. Cards and phone wallets work at nearly every circuit; carry a card without foreign fees.
