Holafly vs Saily in one paragraph

Saily is cheaper than Holafly for Turkey at the two lengths both sell, by 51 cents on the week ($26.99 against $27.50) and by $1.91 on the month ($71.99 against $73.90). Holafly gives you the simpler product: unlimited days with no stated daily cap, on Turkcell and Türk Telekom, and the app is optional. It is also the only one of the two with a 3-day plan, at $11.90. Saily gives you more choice, 10 GB for $15.99 or 20 GB for $22.99 as well as unlimited, but its unlimited slows to 1 Mbps after 5 GB a day, and you need its app and a Nord account. Pick Saily if you want a bucket or the lower price of the two. Pick Holafly if you stream all evening and never want to think about a daily cap, or if the trip is 3 days. If you want unlimited at any length, neither is the cheapest: Ringo Light sells 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $12.99 and 30 days at $26.99, unlimited data at full speed.

Price: the same trip at each

Priced on 25 October 2026, in US dollars, from each brand's own site. For 3 days of unlimited, Holafly asks $11.90; Saily sells no 3-day plan. For a week, $27.50 at Holafly and $26.99 at Saily. For 30 days, $73.90 at Holafly and $71.99 at Saily. Saily wins both rows the two share, by under a dollar on the week and by under two dollars on the month.

Ringo Light sells three trips for Turkey: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $12.99 and 30 days at $26.99. The 3 days costs less than Holafly's $11.90. The 2 weeks costs less than half of a single week at Saily ($26.99) or Holafly ($27.50), and lasts twice as long. The 30 days costs $26.99 against $71.99 at Saily and $73.90 at Holafly. Ringo Light sells no 7-day plan; for a week you buy the 2 weeks at $12.99 and have a week of days left over.

For a fixed amount of data, Saily is the only one of the three that sells it: 10 GB for 30 days at $15.99, 20 GB at $22.99. Holafly sells no buckets. Ringo Light sells no buckets either. If you need 10 GB to last a whole month, Saily at $15.99 is cheaper than our 30 days at $26.99, and its 20 GB at $22.99 is $4 under our 30 days. If 10 GB for two weeks is what you need, our 2 weeks of unlimited at $12.99 is $3 under Saily's 10 GB. We would rather you read that here than at checkout.

What unlimited means at each

Saily's unlimited for Turkey gives 5 GB a day at full speed, then slows to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day. That covers maps, messages and a few hours of video; a long evening of HD streaming or a day of video calls on the hotspot can hit it. Holafly states no daily cap for your own phone and limits hotspot sharing to 1 GB a day, so Holafly is the one to pick between the two if you refuse any cap on the phone itself, and Saily is the one if you share to a laptop, since 5 GB a day is more than Holafly's 1 GB of sharing. Ringo Light is unlimited data at full speed for the whole 3 days, 2 weeks or 30 days. Fair use policy, see Terms.

Networks and coverage in Turkey

Holafly rides Turkcell and Türk Telekom in Turkey. Saily rides Turkcell or Vodafone TR. Ringo Light rides a local partner network. For Istanbul, Cappadocia and the Aegean and Turquoise coasts, any of the three works. Turkcell is the network the two rivals share, so if you have had good Turkcell coverage on an earlier trip, both Holafly and Saily can land you on it.

Installation, app and support

Saily needs its app: you buy, install and top up inside it, with a Nord account, and that is where its support chat lives. The parent comparison calls it the cleanest app of the five brands it priced. Holafly's app is optional; it sends a QR code you scan in your phone's settings, and support is by chat on its site. Ringo Light needs no app; the eSIM arrives by email in seconds and installs in one scan, and support is by email. All three deliver within minutes on hotel Wi-Fi if you buy after you land, but install at home before you fly and switch it on for data when you land in Istanbul or Antalya.

The cheaper third option: Ringo Light

Ringo Light is our own data eSIM, sold to fund the full Ringo, one plan that works everywhere with your own number ported onto it. For Turkey it sells three trips, all unlimited data at full speed: 3 days at $8.99, 2 weeks at $12.99 and 30 days at $26.99. One payment, nothing renews, no app.

What it does not do: no buckets, no 7-day plan, no phone number, data only. Calls go over apps that use data. If you want 10 GB or 20 GB that lasts a full month, Saily at $15.99 or $22.99 is cheaper than our 30 days at $26.99. For 3 days, a week, two weeks or a month of unlimited, Ringo Light is the cheapest of the three.

How we compared, and our sources

Holafly, Saily, Ringo Light

We priced Holafly, Saily and Ringo Light for Turkey on 25 October 2026, all on the same day, in US dollars. Each rival's price comes from its own website where it showed dollars, otherwise from an esimdb.com listing, and every source and its date is listed below. Ringo Light's prices come from the catalogue our checkout charges.

We compare the trips people actually book: a week, two weeks and a month of unlimited data, and a 10 GB bucket. We read each brand's fair use and speed rules and quote them as the brands state them. We did not run speed tests, so this page makes no speed claims for any brand.

Ringo Light is our own product. We put it in the table on the same terms as everyone else, and where a rival is the better buy the page says so.

Left out: Airalo. It sells Turkey too, $24.50 for a week of unlimited and $15.50 for 10 GB, and is priced on the same day in the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-turkey. This page answers one question, Holafly or Saily. Left out: Nomad. The cheapest 10 GB bucket for Turkey at $13 on the day, priced in the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-turkey. Left out: Ubigi. 10 GB at $13 and a month of unlimited at $64, priced in the full comparison at /blog/best-esim-for-turkey. Its app and site do not open from inside Turkey. Left out: Maya Mobile. Its own site refused the fetch on the day and the two listings that carry it disagree on the 30-day price, so it stays out rather than being guessed.
